AI does the work. You make the calls.
Jumpstart is a hands-on course for solo founders. You leave with AI departments set up on your own computer, made to fit how you work. At your desk, a dashboard shows what needs you and an AI co-pilot does the work. Nothing reaches a customer until you sign it off.
Example: Roslan, renovation contractor
Ask at your desk. It works from your own records.
Roslan renovates HDB flats and works with subcontractors. Each department brings its own skills, such as reading contracts, chasing payments, and handling scope changes. Pick a business and press the buttons.
You ask, at your desk
Mrs Tan wants a second sink in the Tampines kitchen. Is that in her scope?
Using the scope-change skill
- Reading Tampines kitchen scope
- Reading Commitments ledger
- Reading Price list
Reads, then asks. It changes nothing until you answer, and it never sends, pays, or publishes on its own.
What it found, quoted from your records
- Her request · “can add one more sink near the window?” · quoted from her message
- Scope · “one undermount sink, cabinets, wall tiling” · a second sink is a change
- Handover · “Friday” · moves only if you say so
- Price · “unset” · you said maybe eight hundred, so it will not quote a guess
Needs you
The price for the second sink is unset. What now?
Your call
Two replies are drafted: accept the change on your terms, or keep the original scope. Mark one ready for you to send? If you do nothing, it holds.
Your business, with independent teams reporting to you.
Answer a series of questions and Jumpstart builds an organisation just for you. It comes pre-loaded with relevant ways of working, roles and responsibilities, curated skills, and set rules. Steer it as you see fit.
Roslan gets 12 departments, including project management, contracts and legal, finance, and suppliers.
- Each department has its own rules and skills, so the AI knows how you work.
- On day one, a guided intake puts every open job, unpaid invoice, quote, and deadline into one ledger.
- Nothing goes out until you have checked it.
- The files stay on your computer. Costs stay predictable, and customer data stays with you.
Every morning, the business reports in.
Same business, a day later. Your dashboard opens on what needs you, Red first, and that is where you answer. The same stand-up arrives by email, for when you are away from your desk.
A mock of the HQ dashboard on a laptop and the morning stand-up email on a phone. 4 items need the founder. The founder answers on the dashboard, and replies to the email are not read.
Rules the AI cannot get round.
Some calls are yours alone. A guard checks each action before it happens and refuses the ones that belong to you. It never just says no: every refusal says what to do instead.
If the AI tries to
Put the new website live
Refused: Publishing is yours to run.
Instead: It prepares the exact command and asks you to run it.
If the AI tries to
Open the file that holds your passwords
Refused: Your secrets stay closed to the AI.
Instead: If one is missing, it tells you its name, never its value.
If the AI tries to
Loosen its own rules
Refused: Only you change the rules.
Instead: It raises the change for you to decide, with the wording before and after.
If the AI tries to
Take your silence as a yes
Refused: An unanswered decision never acts.
Instead: It holds and asks again. It never sends, pays, or publishes on its own.
If the AI tries to
Send a customer’s details off your computer
Refused: Customer data stays with you.
Instead: It names what would leave and where it would go, and you decide.
These are checks in code that run before the AI acts, not requests written into a prompt. They are tested the way MusTech tests its own work: real sessions in Antigravity, Claude Code, and Codex, with mistakes planted for the AI to catch. Every skill is read line by line by a person before it ships, and every rule is written down with the reason it exists.

Taufiq Rashid
Jumpstart teaches the system Taufiq uses to run MusTech Group. One founder and AI tools run Saalihat, jenazah.sg, and TaraBase. Every workflow in this course comes from that operation: how the agents are organised, how their work is checked, and how decisions still reach the founder.
He has taught technical work to people who are not technical:
- WPP Media: trained analysts in Singapore, Australia, India, Japan, and Korea to use AI and build their own agents.
- Sephora: led Sephora SAID, a community for technical sharing.
- Google: ran SQL training for marketers.
He speaks business, outcomes, and plain language, never technical for the sake of technical. That is how Jumpstart is taught. He has led enterprise data analytics across APAC for over a decade, and is an academic consultant at SMU, ESSEC, HKU, and City University of Hong Kong. Full profile
